On June 29th, 2016, China Security & Fire held its 5th Interim Shareholders’ Meeting 2016 at Radisson Hotel Shanghai’s conference center in Hongquan. Several resolutions were passed at the meeting, including “Resolution on Wholly-owned Subsidiary Applying Bank Loan”, “Resolution on Special Audit Report on Actual Results for Profit Forecast of China Security & Fire Technology Co., Ltd.” and “Resolution on Completion Conditions for 2015 Annual Profit Promise of China Security & Fire Technology Co., Ltd”.
